Primary Responsibility:

Primarily responsible for the marketing and sales of a full line of investment products and services such as mutual funds, fixed and variable annuities, unit investment trust and fixed income products to an established customer base as well as to potential new customers.
Requirements:

* NASD Series 7 and Series 63 license
* Life, Health and Accident Insurance license
* At least 1-2 years investment industry experience
* Extremely high degree of professionalism
* Experience working with an extremely high level of customer contact and interaction in person, by phone, and in written form
* Extensive knowledge of the brokerage industry and of the many various investment products available through Whitney Securities & Investments and elsewhere
* Good computer skills
* A proven sales track record with successful prospecting and sales methodology preferred
* Ability to work in a stressful environment
* Ability to manage time effectively
* Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
* College degree preferred or 3-5 years investment industry experience
* Must be organized and detail oriented
