Primary Responsibility:

Makes and services all types of secured and unsecured loans or lines of credit, using the most significant lending authority. Recognizes opportunities and sells non-credit services (i.e. Treasury Management) to middle market companies. Establishes a thorough business development regime in order to build a portfolio of complex commercial accounts with high impact to the Bank. Calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business and increase or retain existing business.
Requirements:

* College degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience. A degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
* Formal credit training.
* Negotiation skills.
* Must be able to establish and maintain a high level of credibility with all levels of internal and external customers.
* Over 8 years of commercial lending experience including management of a commercial loan portfolio.
* Over 8 years of business development experience with at least four in the Hillsborough County market.
* Experience working with a variety of commercial accounts. Experience working with senior lenders on complex accounts is preferred.
