Primary Responsibility:


The Branch Manager 3 is responsible for developing profitable business relationships with clients in the market, organize an effective sales team that delivers quality service, operate an efficient banking office while protecting the assets of the Bank and train and develop staff. Business development of market area through proactive sales calls, networking, and formulation of sales strategies to meet or exceed all small business and consumer loans, deposits and fee income goals.  

Requirements:

College degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent work experience
5 + years branch banking experience to include exposure to all facets of the banking office functions/operations, consumer, commercial, small business, and other applicable banking office services/products offered by the banking office to the customers;
Proven successful sales/business development experience 5+ years branch banking experience to include exposure to all facets of the banking office functions, consumer, small business, and other applicable banking office services/products offered by the banking office to the customers.
The incumbent should also be knowledgeable and have had experience in the loan application process to include accepting applications, gathering any necessary information and processing any applicable documentation in order to successfully package a loan application.
Experience in handling and processing consumer, small business, and residential lending activities.
Experience in use of personal computers and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems/applications; 5+ years supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of consumer and small business lending and investment products; Working knowledge of the banking office operations/functions.
Working knowledge of all banking office products; Working knowledge of the loan application process; Understanding of investment activities.
Superior organizational/planning/project management skills. Good analytical skills; Professional appearance and cooperative attitude.
