Primary Responsibility:

The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for assisting in the overall operations management of the Banking Office. Responsible for assisting in the development of profitable business relationships with clients in the market, organizing effective sales efforts that deliver quality service, operating an efficient banking office while protecting the assets of the Bank, training/developing the banking office staff, and preparing and monitoring the branch budget.
Requirements:

* College degree in Marketing, Finance, or Management or equivalent work
experience.
* 2+ years supervisory experience.
* Proven successful sales/business development experience.
* 4+ years branch banking experience to include exposure to all facets of the
banking office functions/operations, consumer, small business, and other
applicable banking office services/products
* Knowledgeable in the loan application process to include accepting applications,
gathering any necessary information and processing any applicable documentation
in order to successfully package a loan application.
* Basic understanding of consumer and small business lending and investment
products.
* Working knowledge of the banking office operations/functions.
* Negotiation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong consultative skills
* Independent and self motivated; including ability to effectively manage time.
