Branch Manager I Full Time BR Operations/Utility Requisition No.: 09-9664 The Branch Manager I is responsible for developing profitable business relationships with clients in the market, organize an effective sales team that delivers quality service, operate an efficient banking office while protecting the assets of the Bank and train and develop staff. Will travel to all Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Central, Gonzales, Prairieville and Donaldsonville Branches.  

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

College degree in Marketing, Finance, Management or equivalent work experience
2+ years supervisory experience
Proven successful sales/business development experience
4+ years branch banking experience to include exposure to all facets of the banking office functions, consumer, small business, and other applicable banking office services/products. 4+ years branch banking experience to include exposure to all facets of the banking office functions, consumer, small business, and other applicable banking office services/products offered by the banking office to the customers. Candidates should also be knowledgeable and have had experience in the loan application process to include accepting applications, gathering any necessary information and processing any applicable documentation in order to successfully package a loan application. Experience in handling consumer, small business, and residential lending activities is required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems/applications
Independent and self motivated
Ability to motivate, lead, and manage the banking office staff to perform at an optimal level of efficiency and effectiveness
