*Smart Business Checking is only available when combined with Whitney Merchant Services. Merchants that do not process any Whitney Merchant Services transactions for a period of 60 days will be moved to a Business Edge Check & Save I account. A fee of 30¢ per item will apply to each transaction in excess of 250 per month.

**Business Owners Checking is a personal account available to owners of any Whitney business checking account. Business owners accounts are limited to two (2) per owner. Owners of incorporated businesses must be principal shareholders in the company or principal members of a Limited Liability Company/L.L.C. (having a 10% ownership or greater) or if a partnership, each partner is eligible. Owners/officers/signers on checking accounts for civic clubs, community groups, nonprofit organizations and/or public funds/government organizations are not eligible for a Business Owners Checking account. Persons acting in a representative capacity on an account are also not eligible. If the business checking account is closed, we many transfer Business Owners Checking account to a personal Check & Save account at our discretion.
