How Choice Banking works:

For a flat monthly fee you choose an insurance package and get a checking account.

Basic Plan: The owners of the account will be entitled to $15,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment and $30,000 Common Carrier Insurance.

Family Plan: Your entire family is covered. The owners of the account double their coverage to $30,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment and $60,000 Common Carrier Insurance. Plus, Family Coverage includes an additional $2,500 Accidental Death & Dismemberment and $5,000 Common Carrier Insurance for dependent children under age 18.

Insurance coverage is divided equally among the owners of the Choice checking account.
