Are you using BillPay?

Whitney will transfer all of your Bill Pay information from parishnational.com to whitneybank.com. |
| |
- This includes Billers (sometimes called Payees), Upcoming Payments and Repeating Payments, but does not include Payment History.
- parishnational.com's Bill Pay will be inaccessible after Friday, December 5th at noon. Please print any Bill Pay information before then.
- Please check your whitneybank.com BillPay on December 8th to make sure everything was transferred correctly.
- Important: All Parish National Bank Bill Pay payments sent on or before December 5th will be sent through Parish National Bank Bill Pay. All Parish National Bank Bill Pay payments scheduled to be sent after December 5th will be sent through Whitney National Bank BillPay.
- You will notice a lot of great new features inside of Whitney BillPay, but there is one difference that is important to understand: in Parish National Bank's Bill Pay, you entered the date you want the payment sent. Inside Whitney BillPay you will enter the date you want the payment to credit your account at the biller (i.e. the due date).
- Example: In parishnational.com if you enter a Bill Pay date of February 1st, the payment is sent on February 1st. In Whitney BillPay, if you schedule a payment for February 1st, the payment will be credited at the biller on February 1st. Whitney sends the payment early enough to guarantee that the payment will arrive and be credited on the date you want the bill paid. For most payments, Whitney does not take the money out of your account until a payment's due date.
