Whitney has created a special quick enrollment process for customers who access their business accounts online. You will receive a letter with details about accessing your accounts online. If you did not receive the letter or have questions about accessing your business accounts online, please call

Here are some things you need to remember about Online Banking and Bill Pay:
Enroll in Whitney Online Banking at whitneybank.com starting Monday, March 5th. It will only take a few minutes, and you will have access to your accounts and all of the features listed above. You will have to choose an Online Banking Username and Online Banking Password. You must remember this Online Banking Username and Online Banking Password, but don’t write it down.
If you are using Bill Pay right now with Signature Bank you will not pay a monthly service charge for your Whitney BillPay account. You will receive special instructions about your Whitney BillPay account in a separate mailing.
Signature Bank’s Online Banking system will be switched to View Only Mode on Friday, March 2 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. No transfers or other online banking transactions can be conducted after this time. Your transaction history will be available in Signature Bank’s Online Banking until March 31, 2007. For those clients who are using Bill Pay, you will receive special instructions about your Bill Pay account.

How do I access Whitney BillPay?
To access Whitney BillPay, you will have to first login to Whitney Online Banking using your Online Banking Username and Password. Once you login to online banking, click on the Bill Pay link on the left side of the screen. Now click Sign Up Now on the left. |

Is Bill Pay free?
If you used Signature Bank’s Bill Pay as of March 2nd, then the $5.95 Bill Pay fee will be waived. You will receive a letter with special instructions about signing up for Whitney BillPay. How do I signup for Whitney BillPay?
You must first enroll in Whitney BillPay. To enroll, login to Whitney Online Banking and click the Bill Pay link. Then click Sign Up Now.
